Sales and Delivery Conditions
For Juliana Group Ltd., it is crucial that our customers experience a high quality, both in our products, but also in the purchase and delivery process. Therefore, we find it important to align the expectations, so that customers do not feel disappointed. In the following, we have emphasized certain matters, which is nice to know about when buying a Juliana Greenhouse.


Before Delivery
When you buy a greenhouse, orangery or anything else that comes directly from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation text message and/or an email.
The confirmation states the expected shipment date. When we ship the product, you will receive a text message and/or an e-mail, which states when you can expect the delivery.


Delivery
Delivery time: typically 1-5 business days from dispatch. Delivery by carrier and non-stock items might take longer (estimate available upon request).

We provide free roadside delivery to your address. It is important that you have a free, accessible place where the driver can place the goods. Also, bear in mind that the goods are heavy and not easy to move once it is unloaded.

Once the item is received, it is very IMPORTANT that you carefully check that the received number of boxes match the information given in the delivery note and that they have arrived in good shape. When unloaded, the goods is yours/the buyer‘s responsibility. You have seven days to make any claim against the carrier. If you already when receiving the goods realise or expect a freight damage, you can receive the goods and sign the delivery papers with a reservation.

All prices on the website are stated in GBP including VAT.


Payments
When you authorise a purchase and use a credit card as a means of payment, we reserve the amount on your chosen credit card. We only withdraw the money when the goods are dispatched to your chosen delivery address. We make the reservation to ensure that the card is not blocked and that there are sufficient funds on the card.


Complaints & Returns

There is a 24-month right of complaint on all goods. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about faults and defects in the product that have occurred 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour that has caused the defect. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered timely. We will reimburse reasonable and documentable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified. If you are returning the item, please include the following remarks on the parcel:
Reason for return - i.e. a brief explanation of any defects in the product
Order number or invoice number. - An enclosed copy of the invoice is preferable.


Returning Items
Our returns policy applies to goods returned within 14 days after receiving the goods. The Purchaser, on any goods returned other than damaged goods, must pay carriage. If you would like to make a return, just call us on 01805 136 143 or email [email protected] and we can agree the returns procedure with you. All greenhouses made to order can not be returned.


Assembling
Juliana‘s products are supplied as selfassembly and all deliveries are followed by a detailed assembly instruction. You can always find the latest version of all our assembly instructions on www.juliana.com. Juliana Drivhuse A/S does not cover costs of incorrect mounting, dismounting, labour, freight, etc. On the above website you will find tips and guidance on mounting and you are always welcome to contact our customer service if there is a need for help.


Design Changes
At Juliana Group Ltd., we are continuously working on improving our products. Subject to any deviations in the supplied manual instruction, we refer to Juliana.com, where you can find the latest version.


Delays
Any delay in delivery of your greenhouse does not entitle you as a customer to any compensation.


Damage and Defects
It is important to emphasize that a greenhouse is a single layer construction without 100% density. Depending on weather conditions, there may be leaks in the roof windows, doors and joints in the ridge/corners. We encourage you to keep this in mind when you place your greenhouse.


Guarantee
Juliana Group Ltd. provides a 12-year’s warranty on our greenhouses, except glass and polycarbonate. For more information on warranty coverage, refer to the manual instructions. Thank you for having purchased a Juliana product. We wish you many years of joy and growing.
